Question by Martha W: My parents make too much money and yet they cannot help me with college, what are the best low interest loans?
I was in college for awhile and messed up my GPA, now at 21 I want to go back. However, I don”t qualify for aid since my parents income is too high. I qualify for low interest loans, but don’t know the best and safest ones, can you help me?
