Question by thefinalresult: Do cell phone companies have special low rates for those who are low income?
The reason I ask is due to an area I drive through which is predominately low income/ welfare/ SSI / section 8 with most adults not working and so very many have cell phones I was just wondering if there are speical rates for those who are low income as most have one.

We want to find money to create low income housing for sale to low income families. We want to buy homes that are being slod for under $ 10,000 dallors, Fix any problems and resell them to famlies in need and upgrade our city. We are not looking to become rich.

All of the federal and state funds for this go to HUD, they are already doing this, have for decades.

Question by Mark P: Do I need to File if my income was only financial aid and student loans?
I am a student at a CC in my city and i have gotten two checks from financial aid in the year 08 and one student loan check in 08 as well do i need to go in and file for my taxes?

No. If your only income was financial aid then you don’t have to file taxes.
